- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disgusting they sent me reminder text last night about my appointment today. They sent me another text this morning reminding me. 10 mins before my appointment which was booked on 15th Sept for today 3rd of Oct they text me to call the surgery. I live a 20 min walk away i don't drive. I rang they didn't answer the phone. So went in only to be. told tje person i was seeing had left a week or so ago so they would have to rearrange my appointment.. why confirm appointment and why leave it so late to let me know i couldn't see anyone...awfulby debbie neathAugust 04, 2017
