- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Watch out for Nikki the pharmacy technician who is possibly the rudest person in Swindon. I had the audacity to ask for 'a device that helps kids use inhalers which is like a tube'. Clearly this request was so incredibly ambiguous it could only be met with incredulity and scorn. However through Nikkis absolute dedication to customer service linked with her talent for solving complex problems and an inner desire just to help people she managed to figure out exactly what i needed. Just to add that extra professional touch, and to represent Boots in the shiniest of light, she only briefly mentioned that she first had to stop processing somebody elses prescription to find a price for me.
