  Wonderful staff and facilities. I took my dog to our local vets for years but when he needed treatment that the insurance wouldn't cover I had to find an alternative as the costs were just too high. So glad I did. The staff are so caring and can't do enough for you and your pet. I was so impressed that they got all of my dogs medical history from the previous vet and had actually read it before he had his first check ( more than your average GP does) . The charges are very reasonable in comparison to a traditional vet and the pet plans make the care of an older dog , particularly, much more affordable. Can't fault them

  Lovely staff, very nice to have a vet who knows a lot about Chinchillas as that's frustratingly hard to find. Have all my pets under them and wouldn't consider anywhere else.
